By booking a Meet at Last event online or attending having seen the event advertised on this website, you are registering your acceptance of the Meet at Last Terms & Conditions.

  1. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the Terms & Conditions of Booking.
  2. Events are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event but Meet at Last will endeavour to contact guests by email or phone, if number supplied, in the event of cancellation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
  3. Meet at Last do not guarantee a specific number of attendees at each event but advise target numbers based on previous events and size of venue, this is subject to change.
  4. Meet at Last operate a No Refund policy except in exceptional circumstances. Refunds are only given at the discretion of the management.
  5. Meet at Last holds events at venues that are independently owned and run. Therefore any damages suffered, physical or otherwise you agree that Meet at Last and its affiliates cannot be held responsible or liable.
  6. Meet at Last reserve the right to refuse admission to any event.
  7. By purchasing tickets and participating in a Meet at Last event you agree that neither Meet at Last or its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in Meet at Last services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Meet at Last. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
  8. Meet at Last can take no responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.
  9. VIP Membership is not transferable.
  10. Meet at Last reserves the right to remove anyone from its books should we deem their behaviour to be unreasonable. Fees non refundable.
  11. Meet at Last cannot be held responsible for clients behaviour.
