Elspeth Reid Coaching was set up in 2003 and can happily claim to have made a lot of difference to a lot of people. Everyone goes through life in their own way – we give support that is specifically designed for each individual’s particular situation. Our practitioners are professionally trained, skilled and experienced coaches. We use coaching techniques with future focus, based on the methodology of Results Coaching. (This is not the same as counselling.)
