“As a dating coach, used to attending singles events of various sizes, but nearly always the slightly impersonal atmosphere that goes with 100 ++ people, it was really refreshing to come to one of Clare’s Drinks and Mingling evenings.  Held in the elegant bar of a gorgeous hotel, and with a around 40 people it seemed the ideal way to spend a Saturday night.  The venue exuded class, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun and the people were a delight.  With such an intimate gathering. almost everyone got to talk to everyone else and it felt more like a house party than a singles event.  A great idea and a fab evening seemed to be had by all.”

’What I thought of the party…hmmm, honest views I take it?  On the whole, I thought it was great, I liked many aspects of it. I liked the little touches such as the bags at the end of the night.  There were a wide ranging group of people, at one point during the night I remember looking around and thinking as an outsider, that you’d never know this was a pre-arranged dating venue… It looked just like a regular night out….The venue was excellent, having not been there before I was impressed.  I’d certainly be interested in another night out for the 25-40 group…’

"Happy to give feedback though as I've enjoyed the parties and wish you continued success with them!  My view is that they are well organised, the staff are always friendly and the venue is great. I went to a couple of the first parties and it had a certain innocence - it wasn't packed and none of the guests I met seemed that familiar with singles events.  I though I had a better chance of meeting someone there than at speed dating (I'd tried that once at that stage)."
