    How many people will be at the party?

  2. Party nights have typically 100 - 300 people but the smaller events are usually 30-40 for dinner and 50 or so for Drinks & Mingling or Supper Parties.

    3. What sort of people go?

  3. Anyone who is unattached i.e. single, separated, divorced etc is welcome to join in the fun. Meet at Last events attract lively, intelligent, successful, entrepreneurial professional men and women who are looking to have a great night out, meet interesting individuals and maybe something more long term.

    4. Can I arrive on my own?

  4. Of course - lots of people do or bring a friend or colleague if you prefer but you can often have a better night by yourself! Either way, our team of hosts and hostesses will be on hand to help you get chatting to people quickly if you would like to.

    What is the age range?

  5. Dinner & Mingling and Meet at Last Party nights are now targeting specified age groups as billed for each event.

    6. What should I wear?

  6. Dress to impress... or whatever you feel comfortable in but it always looks best when someone has made an effort.  Each event has a dress code listed e.g. Smart Casual can be a jacket and jeans for guys or trousers and a good shirt.  Girls you might wear anything from a lovely dress to jeans and sparkle!

  7. It is best to arrive promptly to get the best out of the night. Each event start varies so do check the times - don't leave it to the last minute!

    9. Will everybody be single?

  9. We promote the party very much as a relaxed and informal evening for single people and hope that everyone there has the same idea about meeting new people who are genuinely single. If we find that someone is not genuinely single they are discouraged from returning and removed from the database!

    10. I have booked my ticket online but not received confirmation or a ticket

  10. Don't worry, we don't send out tickets. We will email you confirmation if you have registered and supplied us with your email address. If you are unsure, check with your bank or email me with the name of the cardholder who booked. If you have booked more than one ticket your guest will need to quote your surname if you are not arriving together.

    I can’t make the party even though I have booked and paid.

  11. If you know in plenty of time you can’t make it – don’t worry, just let us know and we can give you a credit for another event for you that you can attend. We do need to know in plenty of time though (at least a weeks notice ) as after that we have confirmed numbers to the venue and booked and paid for food so we can’t give refunds.

    12. How much does it cost to join the site?

  12. This site is FREE! There is no fee to be able to sign up for events. You can join the VIP club, which does cost, but you get a whole lot of additional benefits – click here for more details.

    13. What's the male/female ratio?

  13. At every party we try to make sure that we have equal numbers of both sexes. For other events this may not always be possible but we do our best to keep the numbers balanced.

    I'm a little shy and nervous - does that matter?

  14. Of course not. Most of us are nervous when we're among and we have hosts on hand to make you feel welcome and introduce you to other guests. Everyone is in the same boat and everyone else is just as nervous about meeting new people as you are and you will find that it gets easier very quickly as the events progresses.

    15. I’m disabled and have specific access requirements?

  15. Meet at Last endeavours that almost all events are accessable for disabled guest however, very occasionally we are unable to accommodate some disabilities due to venue or event format restrictions, If you have specific access requirements please email us ahead of the event so that we may accommodate you.
