Please enclose a note of which event(s) you are booking for and your contact details inc email, address and contact telephone number.

You must advise us by email if you have posted a cheque for an event booking or consultation.

Please ensure cheques arrive at least 3 days prior to the event in time to be processed so your place can be confirmed by email.
